The speakeasy surroundings of Element Lounge almost make it feel like Prohibition never happened, with a long hallway of mirrors and velvet curtains leading patrons to the doorman. Once inside, a stripper pole on a stage smack dab in the middle of the room beckons anyone who cares to try out his or her amateur exotic-dancing skills. No one we saw actually took off their clothes, but they might come pretty close on Element’s “Sinfluence Saturdays.” Strictly 21 and up; cover is $10 after 11:30 pm.
